About Simon

Simon Tusha is a Baltimore, Maryland-based technology and real estate entrepreneur. Alongside a robust career as the CTO for True Data Centers and a Commercial Real Estate Specialist with Keller Williams, Simon is personally focused on philanthropy. A three-time cancer survivor, he is dedicated to giving back to his community and his country in multiple areas, including environmental conservation, youth development and empowerment, and marine life observation and protection.

Simon Tusha is a fierce advocate for and protector of the environment. One of his passions is environmental cleanup and the preservation of nature and all of its beauty. In July 2015, founded Chesapeake Renaissance, a nonprofit organization founded with the mission of empowering the Chesapeake region’s cultural, biological, and economic heritage throughout the mid-Atlantic. He remains an executive sponsor of the organization to this day.

Alongside his love for the environment is a passion for helping today’s youth grow and develop. Simon Tusha is a passionate member of one of the oldest groups in the nation – the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Founded in 1860, the national nonprofit organization was established to enhance the development of girls and boys by instilling belonging, usefulness, competence, and influence. Boys and Girls Clubs of America operate through local chapters that host voluntary after-school programs for young people. Simon has also been an Executive Sponsor for the RAACE (Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere) Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating child sexual abuse before it ever happens.

Due to his love for marine life observation and protection, Simon Tulsa also founded Ocean Saviors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting reef systems, cleaner oceans, and healthy waterways for all, both for now and long into the future. The organization’s mission is to promote efforts focused on waterway and ocean cleanup efforts, reef protection, and marine life rescue and protection with the aid of a team of dedicated experts. Above all, the organization seeks to preserve and protect the abundant biodiversity and the precious natural resources of the Earth’s ecosystem. With the abundance of Covid-19 litter added to the tons of garbage produced each year, marine conservation has never been more crucial for creating a full, healthy, and sustainable life cycle.

In his career, alongside serving as the CTO for True Data Centers, Simon Tusha is also the Chief Innovation Officer for Primus Private Yacht Residence Club, a position he’s held for more than a decade.
